Asthma

Asthma is a chronic breathing disorder caused by inflammation in the airways. Asthma reduces lung capacity and affects overall lung function. This condition can cause symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, painful coughing, and chest tightness. When your lung capacity is affected, you may find it challenging to play sports, go for a run, or do any aerobic activity in general. Conditions like asthma can be managed with bronchodilators or corticosteroid inhalers.
